Check these items in order:
- Open WealthLock → Protection and confirm Screen Time Access is active.
- Confirm at least one app, category, or website is selected.
- Force-quit and reopen WealthLock after an iOS update or device restore.
Can WealthLock protect websites?
Yes. Add the sportsbook domains you use under Blocked Websites in the Protection tab. Website protection is applied through Apple's Screen Time framework in Safari.
How does the 3-day trial work?
Eligible new subscribers can try the $29.99 annual Full Protection plan free for 3 days. If it is not canceled before the trial ends, Apple charges the annual price and the subscription renews yearly until canceled. Eligibility and regional pricing are determined by Apple.
What is the Founding Protection offer?
Some users may see a genuine, brief founding-rate offer after declining the standard annual plan. The founding plan is $14.99 per year, is billed immediately, has no free trial, and renews annually until canceled. The purchase screen shows the exact terms before you confirm.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select your WealthLock plan → Cancel Subscription. Your access remains active through the current paid period.
Why does the trial not return after reinstalling?
Trial eligibility is tied to your Apple ID and subscription group, not only the installed app. Deleting and reinstalling WealthLock does not reset Apple's introductory-offer eligibility.
Can an active Time Lock be shortened?
No. WealthLock shows the duration and asks for confirmation before arming it. Once active, it expires automatically at the displayed time.
Why does the opportunity-cost illustration use 8%?
It is a simplified long-term illustration, not a prediction. Actual investment returns vary and can be negative. WealthLock does not move money, recommend an investment, or guarantee a return.
What information does WealthLock collect?
Your protected-app choices, Screen Time history, interruption history, entered amounts, and accountability contact do not leave your device. Read the privacy policy for the complete explanation.
How do I delete my locally stored data?
Delete WealthLock from your iPhone. Subscriptions are managed separately by Apple and must be canceled in Settings if you no longer want them to renew.
